Here's what I can share with certainty right now:
The company is a local start up with secure financials.
The target clients are locally owned restaurants and retail stores.
The sales person will nurture and convert existing inbound leads and cultivate new connections.
The culture of the company is HEAVILY focused on customer service above all things.
Sales training is provided and will be done through the Sales School For Entrepreneurs.
Growth with the company can happen through account growth, sales leadership, sales operations and more.

I'm sourcing for this before all details have been confirmed because the need is that important! This will be a full-time W2 position. The working title is 'General Manager', because of the skill set we're looking for, however you'll currently only be managing yourself. π

It's a teen-centric entertainment / food service business in in a high-foot traffic location.
The business is currently open and also undergoing exciting expansion and redesign.
The General Manager will be the driving force behind the daily operations, working closely with a very hands-on, out-of-state owner.
This is an intrapreneurial role, perfect for someone with prior business ownership experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, and comfortable with the demands of building a team from the ground up (with our support of course!).
They will be a people-focused encourager with a strong understanding of fiscal responsibility and operational excellence.
Growth will be within the role as the team grows, and as the location expands.

These will initially be 1099, part-time, hourly roles with the potential for growth.

Universal requirements to be eligible to apply for any role listed through the Daytona Beach Entrepreneurial Center. Each job listing may have additional requirements.
Be at least 25 years old. We need your frontal lobe fully developed. It's science.
Have at least 5 years working for someone else and/or demonstrate coachable qualities.
Attend a pre-qualifying interview at the center.
Complete a personality assessment to help determine best alignment with employers.
Conversational english and legible handwriting.
Demonstrated competency on a computer, register, or other business technology.
Other considerations:
Maintain a public social media persona that an employer would not cringe at. You are representing their livelihood. While this will vary by employer, this is a non-negotiable.
If the president can be a felon, so can you. Additional requirements for situational safety may apply.
Gap in your work history? We get that. Just let us know.
Falsifying ANY information is an immediate and permanent disqualification. We can tolerate a lot, and we understand past mistakes. Lies... 100% no.
