PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE DAYTONA5000 COMMUNITY (“PROGRAM”). By purchasing access to or participating in the Program provided by Daytona Beach Entrepreneurial Center, LLC (“DBEC”, “Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate.

01. Daytona5000 is a membership-based business and entrepreneurial community designed to provide networking opportunities, educational content, discussions, events, resources, and related member benefits. Features, offerings, access levels, and community structure may evolve over time at the sole discretion of DBEC.

02. All payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing access to the Program, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes shall be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to lack of participation, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, failure to utilize benefits, or voluntary cancellation.

03. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Program, related communities, events, directories, platforms, and future participation opportunities.

04. Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, employment, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and DBEC. All members participate voluntarily and are solely responsible for their own actions, decisions, business activities, and outcomes.

05. You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully within the community and in all interactions connected to the Program. DBEC reserves the right to remove any participant at its sole discretion, without refund, if conduct is determined to be disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, defamatory, unethical, harmful to the community, or otherwise inconsistent with the integrity of the Program.

06. Any business advice, discussions, educational materials, introductions, referrals, networking opportunities, or shared resources provided through the Program are for informational and networking purposes only. DBEC makes no guarantees regarding business results, revenue, clients, partnerships, investments, opportunities, visibility, or outcomes of any kind.

07. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, repurpose, scrape, share, or commercially exploit Program materials, member information, community content, or proprietary systems without prior written consent from DBEC.

08. You acknowledge that portions of the Program may occur through third-party platforms, software, communication systems, or event venues. DBEC is not responsible for interruptions, outages, technical failures, platform limitations, or third-party service issues.

09. DBEC reserves the right to modify, update, pause, discontinue, or restructure the Program, membership benefits, pricing, events, platforms, or these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

10. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITH JURISDICTION IN VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE PREVAILING PARTY IN ANY ACTION ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS.

11. By purchasing or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
